• Password (stored hashed and salted — we never store plain text).
• Worker verification documents and background-check results (for providers only).

• Pickup and delivery addresses, order preferences, and special instructions.
• Order history, ratings, reviews, and communication with workers.
• Device information, IP address, and app usage logs for security and debugging.

Payment data

• Payment method tokens and billing address (processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
• Transaction history, refund records, and platform fee breakdowns.

3. How we use your data

• Provide services: Match you with workers, process orders, handle payments, and send order updates.
• Platform integrity: Detect fraud, verify identities, enforce our Terms, and protect against abuse.
• Communication: Send transactional emails and push notifications (order confirmations, pickup reminders, delivery alerts). You can opt out of non-essential communications in your settings.
• Improvement: Analyze aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns to improve the platform experience.

4. How we share your data

We share your information only in limited circumstances:

• With workers: When a worker accepts your order, they receive your first name, pickup/delivery address, phone number (masked when possible), and order details needed to complete the service.
• With service providers: We use trusted third parties for payment processing, cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. They are contractually bound to use your data only for the services they provide to us.
• For legal reasons: We may disclose data if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
